This spacious, modern, newly renovated, ground floor holiday apartment with garden patio, has easy access to all amenities.

♦  Located just a mire 50 M stroll from the very sought after village of St Enogat/Dinard, boosting a beautiful golden sandy beach, a good choice of restaurants, cafes/bars, pâtisseries, ice cream parlours, an excellent butchers, mini-market, chemist, newsagent, post office, ATM and phone boxes. During the summer season, there is also a local market once a week.  St Enogat also benefits from a fabulous Thalassa sea & spa complex.

 Dinard is a only a very short distance away and there is a coastal walk path called "Claire de Lune", the access is from St Enogat beach and the path takes you to Dinard's main beach about a 15 min walk, here you also have an olympic size sea water heated pool. This town boosts a wide selection of cafés, bars, restaurants, boutiques and an array of tourist amenities including a cinema and a casino.

Attractive well equipped Kitchen, with induction hob, electric oven & hood, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher etc.

From the kitchen you have access to the utility room equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

  BOOKING INFORMATION 

Payment in Euros or sterling by INT bank transfer, please enquire for further details.

A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance and the security deposit are payable 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. Bookings made within 4 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.

Changeover day Saturday 16 hrs / Saturday 10 hrs in the high season period, however this can be altered in low and middle season.

 Duvets and pillows provided. (Bed linen and towel service available on request at an extra charge)

  End of holiday cleaning fee of EUR 50 payment onsite.
