Charming "duplex" apartment with south facing sun terrace, private garden and shared heated private pool, set in an attractive, landscaped,  2.5 acre complex.

This very well maintained residence consists of 12 apartments and the majority of the owners live here all year round.  La Vieuville is within walking distance (10/15 min) from the delightful quaint town of Pleurtuit boosting several restaurants and bars which are very good together with all of the local amenities you would expect to find in a small town. 

  THE LOCATION:  

La Villa is located within 10 min drive from the coast , where you have an excellent choice of beautiful sandy beaches, coastal walks, sightseeing, boutiques, restaurants, bars and activities. However the property in itself is  tranquil and well equipped to allow a very relaxing time when you are not out and about.

 HEATED SWIMMING POOL: 

 The shared heated private pool (5 x 10 meters) with security fence is soley for the residents use only. The pool is open from mid June to mid Sept.

  WITHIN THE GROUNDS:

There is plenty of space for children to play games or cycle within the grounds. The courtyard at the side of the property is ideal for playing boules.

  NEARIST AMENITIES:

 

All your immediate needs are found at the local village of Pleurtuit a very short distance away (1 km) these include: Supermarket, Bakery, Cafe/Bar/Newsagent, Restaurant, Creperie, Chemist, Bank . Hypermarkets and extensive range of shops can be found at Dinan/Dinard  & St Malo.

La Villa has a south facing patio area and a small garden at the front and the side of the property overlooking the grounds, wood area and the swimming pool,  here you have the sun for most of the day. The patio area is equipped with garden furniture together with barbecue for alfresco dining.

BOOKING & LETTING INFORMATION

♦  Payment in Sterling or euros by bank transfer.

 A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.

 The remaining balance and the security deposit are payable 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. Bookings made within 4 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.

♦  Change overs are from Saturday 16 hrs / Saturday 10 hrs in the high season period, however this can be changed in low and middle season.

♦  End of holiday cleaning fee of EUR 50 payment requested onsite.

♦   During cold spells (from October to April), guests will be accountable for the electricity they consume at local tariff rates.

  Duvets and pillows provided. (Bed linen and towel service available at an extra cost on request).

   Long Winter lets available at very reasonable rates, please contact us for further details.

ACTIVITIES AND PLACES TO VISIT IN THE SURROUNDING AREA:

 

 

 

Coast/Beach: Dinard beach is just 10 mins by car, but there are literally dozens of beaches both large and small and all immaculate within 10/20 mins: St Enogat/Dinard, St Malo, St Lunaire (good for surfing), St Briac, St Lunaire, St Jacut de la Mer and St Cast plage. All these are wonderful sandy beaches, fantastic for young children as they are not stoney or rocky. Many have both shower / toilet facilities and beach side refreshments. Many offer watersports activities too.

The Port of St Malo is well worth a visit to stroll around the walled old town with museum and eat at one of the many seafood restaurants. Fascinating aquarium on outskirts of St Malo. Seaside resort of Dinard has beautiful sandy beaches, water sports, indoor fresh sea water pool, riding and a fantastic Casino. The very popular medieval town of Dinan only 15 minutes drive and the Impressive Mont St Michel 55 km.
