La Clos salmon is located in a very quiet area on the outskirts of the pretty town of Ploubalay boosting all the amenities that you would expect to find in a small town, including a good selection of restaurant's and cafés.

Le Clos Salmon is a mire 5 minutes drive from the very sought after coastal village at St Jacut de la Mer. Here you have the choice of eleven wonderful safe, sandy beaches and small coves. This charming fisherman's village boosts an excellent choice of restaurants, cafes/bars, market day is every Friday morning selling fresh local produce.

Le Clos Salmon is very well equipped, tastefully decorated and has good quality furnishings and bedding. The property definitely retains the feeling of a "home from home" and is certainly ideal for large families or two families sharing.

 

Bedrooms: 

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom, tastefully furnished with King-sized double bed (1.60M).

Bedroom 2 and 3: each with a double bed (1.40M) 

Bedroom 4one single (0.90M) and slide out from under bed extra single (0.90M), ideal for a young child.

Bedroom/Office: Single bed (0.90M)

Two Bathrooms: One on the first floor with bath and walk-in shower. The second one on the ground floor with shower and toilet.

Separate toilet on the first floor.

Kitchen:

Attractive well equipped Kitchen. From here you have access to the conservatory and the the patio area.

Conservatory:

Very relaxing area! furnished with teak garden table and chairs.

Lounge: 

Very cosy, comfortably furnished, light and spacious.

Dining Area: Delightful and tastefully furnished, seating for 8/10 persons at ease.

 Booking Information

 

Changeover day is Friday in the high/peak season, however this can be altered for other periods.

Payment requested in euros by INT:

A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.

The remaining balance and the retained security deposit cheque: £200 are payable 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. Bookings made within 4 weeks of the start of the rental period require full payment at the time of booking.

  About The Area

Nearby the very popular Edwardian sea-side resort of Dinard (7 km) the medieval town of Dinan (12 km) and the old picturesque town of St Malo (15 km). The location is very attractive for tourism and sporting activities such as boating, surfing, swimming, fishing, horse riding and the nearest golf course is at Dinard.

This gorgeous area of Brittany is most definitely an excellent all year round tourist centre there are many more holiday attractions and beautiful historic places to visit, for those of you who enjoy a day on the beach the choice is endless. If you are keen golfers nearby you will find some excellent golf courses such as Dinard , St Cast and Le Tronchet (near St Malo).
